Solarwool is using versatile, recycle, resourceful, natural, non-mulsed and sustainable merino wool materials all along. That is well-suited for hunting, sports and fashions clothing due to its own properties like the moisture-wicking, odor-resistant, warm, soft, durable, and UV-protective plus some latest technical treatments which we apply on fabrics knitting and finishing.
Our cutting & sewing factories have nearly 210 workers and set up seven production teams including two FMS Product Assembly Lines with over 180000 pieces garments monthly capacity. All types of production machines includes 38 sets advanced circular knitting machines with different gauges, and over 300 sets latest functional cutting & sewing machines including four sets bullmer spreaders and one set bullmer automatic cutting machine .
Our products good quality rate keeps over 98% and bad product rate of less 2% in the control. We use ring-spun,compact-spun, core-spun and revolutionary OTW & Linc-spun yarns to cover and meet all different products wearing requirements.
Solarwool now owns many quality or environmental credentials including OEKO-Tex Standard 100, BSCI, GRS, RWS,C-TPAT and Woolmark.
